Registration

Please submit registration here for both yourself and your guest (if applicable).

Our deadline to regsiter is 5:00 PM CT, Friday, May 1.

DATES & timing

The 2026 trip dates are Wednesday, June 3 - Friday, June 5.

Please see the agenda for more detailed information. You will also receive calendar holds closer to the trip dates with specific location information.

The 2026 BLC Spring Meeting is taking place at The Montage Palmetto Bluff. Upon completing registration, a hotel room will be confirmed in your name.

Detailed instructions on travel, transportation and hotel accommodations have been provided within the registration communications.

For JLL attendees, all travel should be booked through this Navan link, and per the JLL Americas corporate travel policy. ​​Your guests flights do not need to be booked via Navan and should be expensed to your local P&L.

Please book your flights by May 1 as the planning team will be coordinating return transportation on your behalf. Once your flights are booked, please fill out this transportation request form with you and your guest’s flight information.

TRAVEL

Please arrive in time to join us for our 12:00 PM welcome lunch on Wednesday, June 3.

Guests may depart at their leisure following check-out on Friday, June 5.

Arrivals & departures

Expenses

Hotel, meals, activities and return transportation are all covered by the events budget. Any other incidental charges are at your own expense.

Flights for you and your guest should be expensed to your local P&L.

The weather in Bluffton, SC in early June is typically warm during the day and mild in the evenings.

DINING

Meals will be provided by JLL, please check the agenda for scheduled events and dining.

Anything outside scheduled activities will be at your own expense (i.e., room service, pool dining, off-property meals, etc.)

Resort Casual.

Please note meals will be outside, including our receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Temperatures should be in the upper 60s to low 70s in the evenings and packing light layers is recommended.
